This guy nearly takes the back end off my car, I was reversing out of a parking space, view obscured by a huge vehicle parked next to me.
Rather than wait for me to pull out the space enough to see him, he decides to floor it past me and the expression on his face said that he was close.

Blasted the horn for no discernible reason - think I wasn't tailgating the van in front close enough as he was turning off. Then sat on my bumper as I was leaving a 30. Camera doesn't do it justice, but when you have a face as wrinkled as an old man's ballsack, I suppose you would be angry at life!

You’d think it was abandoned
Until I saw the driver return a minute or two later, I was all set to report this as an abandoned vehicle.
