Asian driver of black VW vehicle was cutting in and out of the left and right lane. The right lane is to turn right only. He cut up multiple vehicles, go to the traffic lights and went through on red. Have it all on video but waste of time showing Police, as they do nothing about it in Bolton. This was near Trinity Street.

Well done mr and mrs whoever. Didn't realise that my drive had been made into a local turning circle. Too lazy to drive 20ft further to turn at the junction
