There was enough room for 2 cars to pass but she was in the middle and stopped and told everyone else to reverse even though she had 2 foot space. Two cars can easily get past, shame that police time was wasted. Police man said you can easily get past and even showed how much space you've got.

Thinks it’s appropriate to beep at everyone stuck in a cup-de-sac when an idiot is blocking the road - somehow manages to squeeze past everyone flashing his lights and shouting obscenities before parking up and scarpering into his home. Nasty man and terrible driver.
