Like one of the worst you see - no ability whatsoever - 10mph, all over road. Are past some lights then anchor on because they turn amber - after they have passed the line

Driving on the a90 Aberdeen to Dundee Road like a madman during bad weather and very poor visibility.
Witnessed him up some cars arse whilst they were overtaking another vehicle and started flashing them to move over when it wasn’t safe to do so yet. Vehicle in front of me slowed down to let the overtaking car back in quick as possible, then this bmw moved back to left lane and must’ve slowed to 55mph from 80mph to agitate the other driver so they went to overtake again and as soon as they did he moved back to right lane and eventually sped off. You could see him doing similar up ahead.
This was all during very poor visibility and heavy rain. Must’ve passed like 3 accidents already and thought this looked extremely close. Hope the car he was targeting has a dash cam and reports it, but if it not it’s avg speed cams and hopefully he’s already fucked anyway.
I drive this road daily as do most who use it I imagine, it isn’t the safest but I haven’t seen anyone act that daft in a while.
