When I tried to enter the back street to access our parking area, all I got from this part was a Cheshire cat grin, and no effort to move. It was cleara that he appeared to enjoy annoying people, perhaps it's his hobby.
It is clear that the driver has avoided looking at me or the camera, but he has always failed to look ahead to see where he is driving. In my opinion this constitutes driving without due care and attention, an offence which carries a punishment of between three and nine penalty points and a fine of up to £5,000.

The driver of this vehicle [private healthcare livery] overtook me too close and at speed, almost hitting an oncoming vehicle on Kings Hall Road Beckenham today, 13/August 2018 in the approach to a mini roundabout. A few moments later (after I had passed him in a traffic queue) he overtook me again in a crazy manoeuvre as I was turning right at traffic lights.
