I'll give this one a little credit for at least attempting the correct use of indicators, but his lane discipline could do with some work. Read the road markings next time.

If you want other vehicles to hold back so you can park, you need to give a left signal and stop next to the space. Then you can move forward and reverse into the space. We are not mind readers and sounding your horn didn't help. We could not reverse because of the cars behind.
