Pls never drive again. nearly had an accident trying to overtake this person (I didn't actually as I can gauge speed enough to pull back in time comfortable but besides the point) you were doing an average of 30-40mph and LITERALLY drove at 25mph for an extended moment in an national speed limit zone (60mph for this area). The road was probably around 3-5miles long. I had places to be, the ripple effect of being delayed 5 minutes was enough to make me late combined with the other traffic that had built up. Please try to be more courteous on these roads, and/or retake your driving test.

Haven't seen this car around for a while - but when I did. I felt rather threatened, frightened and quite frankly petrified.
It pulled into the Esso garage - and immediately hit me, I went flying through the air all the way into a field!
