This driver and passenger were very verbally abusive to the occupants of a disabled vehicle parked LEGALLY outside a doctors surgery. The blue badge holder can barely walk and this kind of discrimination is unacceptable. There was also a child present in our car and an infant of their own, sadly there to witness the vile language.
