The driver of this BMW sped up behind me between Ormskirk and Burscough and tailgated me until he turned into an Italian restaurant towards Rufford on the right. He looked a foreigner as well as driving like they do abroad.

Driver was erratic at 7:30am in North Yorkshire! Overtaking on blind bends and cutting up people numerous times. Got to an impasse on a tight road and refused to back up! Doesn’t deserve a drivers license. If anyone knows the owner of this plate, please let me know
