Absolute prick. Overtaking multiple times in a 30 zone, almost hitting numerous people head on. Needs to meet his maker before killing someone.

Drives very slowly on dual carriageways under 50mph, getting in peoples way, wanders between lanes without indicating. Bad driving, needs to concentrate better to drive more safely.
