When you see the badge, chances are the driver is the biggest prick you will meet today. Treat it as a warning and your day will be better.
As a blue badge holder I can park whereever I chose. I am entitled to park over two spaces if I need the room to get out my vehicle. Now buzz off you sad pathetic little man!
That Peugeot looks hardly damaged. Your wall must have been piss weak, being that Peugeot's aren't exactly know for being tough (anymore). But if it is somehow the right car, fair enough to call them out.
