This little prick decided to just walked into the path of the camera car and decided to mouth it off to the driver, When confronted by driver as asked to repeat his offensive he walked off into the distance to the safety of his family car, Advice to this rude little prick, KEEP! a hold of one of those toilet rolls because one day you will do it to the wrong person.......
