28/1/2019 16:30 - Erratic driving ib Earlham Rd heading out of Norwich. Almost rear-ended me twice due to not fully paying attention to the road in stop-start traffic going through lights (jnc with Colman Road). Sharp manuvering through queuing traffic to try and get ahead of queues.

Me and several others witnessed this young lad speeding through the residential area of Palm Bay at over 50mph.
