Driving behind this car was bloody ridiculous, was way below the speed limit and then parked on double yellow lines, shouldn't be bloody driving!

Drives like a lunatic. Music on full blast when he leaves for work at 7am - wakes my kids on a regular basis. Often seen him outside with beers in his hand over a period of time in the afternoon or evening then goes off in his car to come back 30 minutes later with takeaway. Checked online and car isn't taxed or MOT'd so reported to police but they have done nothing. Is only a matter of time until he hurts someone or worse.

Drives on M1 like its a racing track, does close passes at high speeds ignoring the speed restrictions, bullying others to move out his way, weaves between lanes undertaking etc.
