Blatantly high on something driving through Nottingham. Straddling two lanes and had his wasteman passengers leaning out the window swearing at other cars when you tried to pass. Turn your brain on and pay some attention.

wreckless. parking was terrible mostly took up the pavement impassable for walkers. threatened me and my mate "you're lucky my husband doesn't knock you out". a great role model for their children. completely incompetent.

I had adjusted my seat and saw that this absolute idiot was speeding down a 20 mph road at 40 mph. Disgraceful.

This driver and his mate were racing each other around Gloucester during the morning commute. He mounted the pavement and drove around a blind corner to get infront of the other guy (GU08 RZK).
They then both ran red lights onto a busy A road.
