Driver initially overtook me leaving a 10mph family caravan site. He made no progress further down the road a 60mph single country carriageway....swaying all over and breaking regularily for no apparent reason. All I can think was the driver was drunk.

Driver was on the phone with the engine running whilst parked on the pavement. She then did a U-turn and drove off still holding her phone. She never even noticed me recording because she was too busy on her phone.

He goes in the wrong lane and decides to rev his red Nissan Nevada pickup and jump forwards next to me to make me stop so he can get in the lane he wanted to be in. He then goes in the wrong lane at a roundabout and cuts off other motorists. After some speeding we run into him 10 minutes later, only a few cars ahead. (all that and nothing gained just a bad reputation)

Fantastic parking skills. On the pavement, blocking emergency exits, and access to garages etc.
I informed this to the local police, they said that it was pretty much legally parked, sorry cannot be bothered. Wow.
