This terrible male driver almost hit me on a footpath in Hull, was driving that fast he soaked me with puddle water, and then waved his hands around at ME (the pedestrian!) in anger. Refused to wind down his window to talk to me when I was going to explain pedestrian rights of way (err, you're lucky I didn't call the police as you almost injured me). Read the Highway Code! A dropped kerb to a private car park across a footpath is not a road. And even if it was a road, which it wasn't, I'm a pedestrian, I still have right of way. And pedestrians now have priority on side roads when already crossing. But it was a footpath!!! A footpath with car ACCESS, not priority!!! Be ashamed.
