This old couple think it's acceptable to leave the scene of an accident, they then made up some bullshit excuse about waiting for the other car to catch up despite being over half a mile away from where the collision happened and where the other car still was. Luckily a helpful biker was able to chase them down and convince them to return to the scene. Disgraceful behaviour!
