Pulled out from the hard shoulder without building up speed causing approaching car to have to react. Then moved immediately in to middle lane for no reason and sat there... (Lane hogging)

Poor. Impatient. Overtook cyclist when unsafe with insufficient room, with plenty room available within 30 seconds. Cyclist had to swerve to avoid being hit. Car got stuck at lights 1 mile later anyway, thus the overtake was entirely pointless.
