If you make a mistake on the roundabout how about going around again and getting in the right lane instead of ploughing through and making it dangerous for everyone else, or are you too entitled?

This person is extremely dangerous driver. I was waiting the signal, but this driver drives toward me on pedestrian pavement with high speed. He/she almost ran over my foot, and just parked on the road side without any apology.So I just went to the car and see the driver, but this man (or might be woman with short hair) was just watching his/her phone just occupying the pedestrian pavement.
