Going slow in the middle lane. Might approach the car in the left lane in a few years time. In the meantime I'm not messing around weaving all over the place to get past so I continue in the left lane.

Parking on road instead of allocated space due to laziness.
Blocks view of road for motorists leaving and entering the estate. Causes cars to drive on opposite side of the road towards blind junction.

In a van, stopped in the middle of a red traffic light crossing making it very hard for an elderly lady in a mobility scooter to cross. After being rightfully told off by her, threw his cigarette out onto the ground. Basically just scum.
