That's not a proper disabled space it's just marked on the road and any one can park in them without a blue badge. I had one outside my house as the last owner had it put it and I was told by the council it was just a reserved marking and no legal in any way.

This idiot of a taxi driver refused to move out of the loading bay for an lorry to park there , the lorry then ended up blocking the lane , response from the Taxi driver...f**k off
