Driver was a total knob, same with the rider. Could have easily killed an individual, or wiped an entire family. It's worth adding that footage appears to be from the late 90s, early 2000s, lets hope it's current owner is a little better on the road.

The daft exhaust and chav plates don’t make you a racing driver. They just make you look like a loser and easier to remember when you piss off other drivers. How you get insured is a mystery.
