Either this person doesn't physically have a licence or they are absolutely drunk. Can't see cars waiting for other cars , tries overtaking on a bend , can't decide what way they want to go & can't drive on the left apparently and wants to do a zig zaggy pattern in the middle of the road.

White van man being silly.
I overtook him and then he comes over into the right lane despite nothing being in the left lane. Once I've moved back over, he just stays neck and neck with me, not bothering to overtake and starts slowing down. There's a truck ahead going 50mph, this clown keeps me in the left lane and prevents me from overtaking the truck, meaning I had to slow down to 50 and wait ages before a space finally opened to overtake.
WTF was the reason?
