Reversed out onto a 50mph road in front of me, causing me to slam my brakes on to avoid a collision. Proceeded to drive off while flashing his hazard lights. Complete danger to others on the road; shows no awareness of other drivers nor any hazard perception.

This dangerous idiot in a Toyota Proace.
Been going slow for ages. Traffic lights turn green, big gap opens up for both highway maintenance DT73BYX (another idiot who pulls the same stunt later) & me to pull in to the gap.
Toyota driver keeps dropping back like they're going to let me pull in but then speeds up to block it off. As the road goes back to 1 lane they then floor it to completely block me off.
