This man is a complete and utter nuisance on the road.
He speed through Sutton Benger and Christian Malford, an area of 30MPH going at least 50MOH.
I am surprised he didn't knock the mother over with her pram when she was crossing the road.
I go out the car to amek sure she was OK.
Needless to say she was shaken and upset.
Horrid rat.
You deserve to have your license removed.
