I was talking to Jianna (age 14, 13 turning 14 at the time) on 16th Jan 2025 (she was in 8th at CVMS in Carmel Valley, San Diego, California, USA at the time, now she is a freshman at Torrey Pines HS in Carmel Valley, San Diego). They approached the bus stop where I was waiting at 7:40 AM in Liverpool and just stayed there, reversing a little bit. They then beeped the horn randomly and drove off. Very strange individual!
