Wanting to cross the road but this car is approaching a little slow but too fast for me to safely cross. No problem I'll wait. Then I see she's doing something unusual. As she gets closer I can see she's driving through Lancs with no hands on the wheel, one hand stroking her hair while the other one is running a brush through it.
And probably looked absolutely no different when she was finished messing about.

Driving along in slow moving traffic in Lancs. I'm walking by & see #1 mum is driving while BOTH hands are on her phone & she's arcing over to her small child in the passenger seat to show her something on the phone. All while driving past a primary school.
