Beeping your horn suddenly actually startles pedestrians and makes them more likely to stop and get hit while crossing; 4. Its your licence and your responsibility not to hit people. Driving out of town past Kwik Fit & takes the bend so fast that he's right up the arse of the car in front. You wouldn't be that close if you were being towed. Needless aggressive driving.
