BMW 320D. Long long straight but decides not to overtake a lorry even though he's looking for the overtake. We could've both made it easily.
Later on this idiot goes for the overtake as visibility is poor & he's running out of straight road.

Not the first time this idiot has parked like this. Busy road with oil tankers regularly travelling along it. How kind to force pedestrians into the road if they have to pass.
