At a junction & is waiting on traffic which is an absolute mile away. Only when traffic gets quite near this guy does he THEN decide to pull out from his junction, very slowly.
You're supposed to wait when there's traffic & go when there's not, not the other way around you gimp.

Sits at green light 15 sec when cleat Saughton Road then min later sits blocking both lanes to turn right for like a minute waving hands to people coming out Broomhouse cres then after eventually moving does 10mph - seriously think this driver is partially sighted and unaware what's around them
