Driver had their phone in a vertical holder attached to their windscreen in a position which I consider would probably constitute an offence for it's position (potentially obstructing their full view of the road)... and on multiple occasions after only being behind them for a relatively short distance was observed touching their device screen multiple times! [Photo taken by myself as a front seat passenger in a car behind, with the person driving the car I was in aware I was about to take a photo]
Sits in lane 2 then likes to brake check the driver that went lane 1 to lane 2 (behind him) then indicated to join lane 3 ... then because he thought driver was yo close he brake checked them ... focus in the road ahead not behind and you wouldn't have been sat in lane 2 when lane 1 was clear ๐ โพ๏ธ๐
I was in the van with a family member and this person decided to overtake and just about made it back into the lane before the straight on exit at the mini roundabout, they got out their car and spat at the driver of the van multiple times whilst making verbal threats, the driver of the van I was in is disabled and it really made them upset.
