Overtaking on blind corners in the pitch black, on a dark icy country road. Overtaking multiple vehicles who pulled over to let a bus past and overtaking in a 30 zone.
Clearly do not care about their own safety or others. Watched them speed for the rest of the journey we could see them on.

Decided that the path on a blind single file downhill corner was the place to park because he 'had the check on horses' even though ample parking was available within a 10 seconds walk. Blocked lanes of traffic and pathways for pedestrians. When challenged by drivers proceeded to get aggressive. Top guy

Idles diesel car engine for long periods (15+ minutes) directly outside Sidmouth Primary School, presumably to pick up kids. Idling a car on a street is not only illegal but without passing traffic causes a build up of fumes/cloud containing benzene that accumulates and can cause cancer. Children exiting school (presumably your own too) are walking out into this cloud. Stop being selfish, turn your engine off.

Trying to find business? This apparent 'ambulance' was sitting in lane 3 on 50mph average speed roadworks doing a steady 40, dropping as low as 32. Nothing in lane 2 half the time but this thing wouldn't get out of lane 3 at any cost. Eventually undertook to see a woman texting.
