Absolutely useless, presumably got his licence out of a cereal box. Some of the worst driving I've ever seen.

Random breaking, never keeping up with the speed of traffic. Dangerous on the road.

Purposely used the left hand only lane to take the 3rd exit on a 4 way roundabout - apparently so entitled he doesn’t care if he causes an accident with someone taking the 2nd exit rather than just waiting in a queue like everyone else
