Total moron gliding in and out of lanes, doesn't like the queue so pulls out in front of a moving lorry only to force his way back in again 5 cars later holding up everyone. Virtually laid back in his seat, probably thinks he's something big.

This guy saw that I felt scared of his driving then deliberately mounted the pavement narrowly missing me and my dog. Showing me that he know that I felt scared and that he deliberately showed me that he could ruminate me over whenever he wanted
This is not just the worst driver he’s part of a group of driver using their cars land rovers and vans as lethal weapons. Clearly he doesn’t deserve to have a licence let alone marked a car. What else has he din with this or other cars
