I saw this driver go down the wrong side of the road the other day. An absolute danger, shouldn't have a licence. Disgraceful.

Probably think that just because it only does a couple 100 miles per year that it's ok to not tax it.

News for you sunshine, having it MOTd doesn't matter, if it's not taxed & you have an accident then you're also not insured.
