Spotted this Polestar 4 parked outside Lux Lounge Shisha Bar in Manchester, on double yellows with a blue badge causing an obstruction near traffic lights. There was plenty of room in nearby streets. Tbh I don't think a disabled person would be interested in shisha unless they wanted to become full on paralysed or something in future. Classic case of relatives playing the system.

One of them guys who is in a rush to pull out on someone even when there's no traffic behind said car. They then hold the car up that they were in a rush to get in front of all while puffing away on their tooter.
