Can't keep a consistent speed and likes to sit in the right lane, when the other lanes are empty.

Crossed solid line and hatchings on slip road, failed to give way, and forcing way in before the correct merge point and nearly went into side of me - just came across like I wasn’t even there. Forcing me over - then proceeded to glare and beep at me as they continued to cross as if it was my fault they don’t how to merge in turn or give way.
