Selfish entitled female, probably in her 20s, driving down Dale St in a VW Golf as she holds her phone out in her right hand driving along what looked to be over the speed limit.
She must've then taken a right at the end of the road & gone along Prospect St as within a couple of minutes she's coming back down Dale St, this time making no effort at all to hide the fact she's holding her phone out in front of her as she's yapping away on speakerphone.

Was driving really slow as we were approaching Keighley from Bingley causing congestion and me to get tailgated! probably on the phone or just inconsiderate of everyone else’s time!
