Not even mad at this one just really confused. Leaves the pub car park and seems to be struggling with gears and steering before getting up to about 19mph in a wide open 30 zone. Then I try to overtake and they finally speed up and tailgate me the rest of the time we're together
Driver was beeping at pedestrians and then laughing whilst making obscene gestures as it passed. This happened in the Renfrewshire area on 12/08/26.
