See the photo; the purple Jag is mine. I've parked perfectly next to an end wall within a controlled parking space; there were four empty spaces to the other side of my car. Half an hour later (19 November 2024 3pm) I came back to find the black Citroen Berlingo van "parked" (if I can call it that) bang in the middle of two spaces. There should have been room for three more cars but thanks to this inconsiderate fool's parking, only two others could fit. Location Knightrider St., Maidstone ME15 8LP. No camera coverage. I left the driver a choice note on the windscreen but that sort couldn't care less. Hopefully my phone call to NPC got the driver a £100 penalty.
