The best thing you can do is get clear video footage and upload it for public viewing, because I bet you pound to a pinch of you-know-what, the first thing these types do is flat out deny any wrong-doing. They can't argue with proof mate. Good luck I hope they get the opportunity to learn their lesson about growing up..ideally before they kill someone.

Drives around Much Wenlock (a quaint town with many pedestrians) like an arse. Speeds around corners especially the T-junction at the end of the high street. I have been frightened by his speed and don't believe he should be allowed to drive. Get this prick off the road.
