Looks as though the van driver left his breaking too late, realized he couldn't stop with the trailer and then carried on.
Car moved onto the roundabout at the same time as the van slowing, the van then started moving forward after the car was well into the roundabout maneuver.
And there is no signals required from the car, the driver is going straight on as stated previously, the position of the car provides all the signals required to indicate intentional maneuver.
Also, we don't know that the driver wasn't signaling, that has just been an assumption.
I also know the road well, map attached.

Disagree with you - what signals are needed, the car is in the right lane, obviously going straight over - what signal do you need to give to go straight over a roundabout?
Besides, the driver of the van should have been paying more attention, I know the area and roundabout and you can see cars approaching from where the van driver was, and therefore he should have been paying attention, and not just gone for it.

I don't see what others are saying about sudden acceleration - looks pretty much the same to me.
The van should have been paying attention, I know the road as well and you can see right up the road - the driver of the van was a chancer and could have caused a nasty accident.

Moron - the speed stays the same....That didn't happen looking at the video.
You can see the hood dip under breaking, but if there was aggressive acceleration then it would have raised, it doesn't.

to me it looks like you gave the wrong signals and position, you were in the centre of both left and right and you didn't indicate until you were coming out. (can hear it in the video)
you can see the van slow down just before coming out and then pull out because you weren't signalling at the time.
