How fast was the Astra traveling? Sometimes its accidental, I see it a lot. If the speed is low and they're not doing it on purpose I just assume someone is sort of caught out by the lights and I let it go.

The other day I was walking somewhere when there was a red light. This Black Vauxhall Astra went nearly half way over the pedestrian crossing when the light was on red. These meant a couple of people that could have crossed couldn't because that car was in the way.
