@2017-04-10 5:34 I thought that was the case too but then how do Traffic Cops, Police Interceptors and other TV shows like that get people to give consent as most of the time I'm sure people don't want to be seen to telly when they're up to no good. If a news camera is filming in the street they don't get permission from people walking by in the background.

I am not sure on this, but I think that if filming is for commercial purposes then the person being filmed can say they don't want to be filmed? Can someone fill me in on this?
