CU03 VEX 2016-11-03 19:15:05

Sat overlapping my rear wheel while we were both waiting to turn right at a junction. I moved more central in the lane to prevent an unsafe overtake on the turn, but he proceeded to do so anyway hitting my arm in the process.

Initially refused to stop but was sufficiently slowed by speed bumps for me to catch up. Denied he did anything wrong and that it was safe for him to turn at the same time as me, and that it was me who hit him. He failed to see the irony in claiming there was enough space - whoever hit who, the fact there was a collision means there wasn't.

Seemed slightly incoherent and was worried at the mention of the police. Wonder why?

I'll upload a video soon.
