Incompetent fuck, veered off the road and launched stones up chipping my windscreen. Then sat at 40 in a 50. Stayed at 40 when it dropped to a 30. Left their indicator on for a mile when they weren't turning - had to brake when someone turned in front of them because they were indicating wrongly.
Virtually stopped to take a wide bend, then sped off in a 20mph zone!
