The most irritating type of slow arse on the road.
Average speed zone & they're doing about 35 in a 50 on the A6.
Approach the 40 zone where the lane splits in 2 & gives you chance to overtake slow arses & they suddenly get their foot down to do 45 to stop anyone passing.
Road then goes from 2 lanes back down to 1 lane & they're suddenly doing 30-35 in a 40 again.
