Yes I called and gave his registration, that he was driving under the influence and that he had hit a parked car.
Then I left everything else to the owner as it wasn’t my car that he hit.

This is a driver who regularly drives under the influence of alcohol to the point where he can hardly walk in a straight line when he gets out of the car.
I have also witnessed him hitting a parked car and then driving off, I gave his registration to the owner of the car he hit and apparently he said to his insurance that the other car hit him!
Definitely an alcoholic!!!
