Reports of the same incidents occurring both on LIDL and ASDA. Some bad stuff going on at the moment..just putting the word out. Also be careful on Castelgate retail park up in nearby Burnt TRee (including Tesco). Reports of theft and other crimes from certain groups. The scums selling these TV's usually blitz an area and try to duck under the radar for a while.. be on your guard.

Allegations of fire extinguisher to blind people and use of hammer to hit them over the head. Chased by police to Walsall. Call was made by the FB group 'Stolen cars midlands' upon which the car was spotted as in the image grab, below. Forensics also on the scene.

Also this. I know the reg doesn't relate to this incident but it's the only means by which I have to raise awareness on here, as the system doesn't accept Irish plates.
OK, here's the info. Be CAREFUL on the LIDL car park in Great Bridge, as there has been reports of Irish people using vehicle registration 07 LD 2139 to sell fake TV's. Basically the TV's contain bricks for which they charge a lot of money.
If you are offered these products then walk away and notify security and call the police. There have been lots of reports of similar incidents around local stores including ASDA (especially ASDA Great Bridge). Whether this lot come from the current encampment on the Dudley car park at the top of the tow remains to be seen. But be on your guard - these are not bargains, and these people are not to be approached. Any evidence you can get by way of pics/footage might be useful perhaps, just stay safe. Sorry admins if this post goes against your guidelines. I am just trying to help. There is a lot of crime in Tipton at the moment and most of the people are sick and tired of it.
